As a part of our technical team, you will work to bring ground-breaking and diverse ideas to life that power the digital systems, services, products, and platforms that our colleagues depend on.Successful candidate for this role will be responsible for<ul><li>Creating reusable data assets ready for analysis</li><li>Developing analytical reports to be consumed by key stakeholders leveraging Oracle Analytics, Power BI, &amp; Tableau</li><li>Applying software engineering best practices to analytics code</li><li>Collaborating with product owners, delivery managers, vendors, engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems and create solutions</li><li>Function as member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications5+&nbsp;years of Software Development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Warehouse (DW), Data Modelling concepts, developing Physical, Business Model &amp; Mapping (BMM) and SQL/PLSQL.</li><li>Hands-on experience with the design and development of backend data models for Reporting/Analytics and building of visualizations leveraging tools such as Power BI &amp; Tableau.</li><li>Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods.</li><li>Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with independent judgement.</li><li>Proven ability to solve technical problems and the ability to influence key stakeholders.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Oracle’s analytics offerings, such as interactive dashboards &amp; reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), OBIE, and OAC components like RPD, RDG, a plus</li></ul>Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
