Join us in Inbound Operations where you will be part of a business unit supporting a broad range of activities such as retrieval of historical customer data and paper/electronic correspondence for customer requests.You will work with Internal Business partners to provide electronic or physical documentation to support outgoing correspondence and customer research needs. The role also supports management and retrieval of archived documents for the firm. In this role, you will:<ul><li>Complete correspondence processing requests by printing, retrieving, updating, reviewing and mailing of letters, forms, image copies and/or original documents to enable completion of applicable customer transactions. </li><li>Complete extensive research to locate and respond to historical customer document retrieval requests using various mainframe systems, databases, and other storage mediums, to efficiently and accurately process business partner requests. </li></ul>Your role impacts several internal and external business partners as well as customers and clients of Fidelity Investments. This role is key to the success of our end-to-end process!The Expertise and Skills You Bring<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>2 years of transaction processing experience within a professional, fast paced, corporate environment. </li><li>Work experience in a risk-controlled environment. </li><li>You have excellent communication skills </li><li>Your ability to work independently or on a team on specific tasks </li><li>Your high attention to detail </li><li>Your ability to work effectively with computer desktop applications </li><li>Your ability to effectively multi-task </li><li>You are flexible for business needs and highly adaptive to change </li><li>You have a positive demeanor and ‘can do’ approach to challenges </li><li>You possess the ability to learn and apply knowledge to make effective processing decisions </li></ul>The TeamInbound Specialized Processing provides indexing, document retrieval, correspondence processing and archiving services for multiple Fidelity business units. The team provides transaction services to each of Fidelity’s distribution channels. Data Analyst is responsible for supporting real-time and end of day pricing, history and analytics, news and research as well as reference data. Data Analyst may support a variety of business using excel to measure and manipulate data. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Escalate critical Data issues to internal subject matter experts or vendors as needed; Track and provide metrics to management; Oversee daily data validation processes and assist with proactive problem resolution where required; Provide assistance to peers during issue resolution process thereby increasing operations ability to resolve issues independently in the future; Establish new, and improve upon, existing data quality management processes by employing best practices for data handling, monitoring and mitigation procedures. 3-5 years? experience in Primary Skill.
